Ask for a trade
Tap Schedule, tap your shift, then Can't work this shift?
Tap Request a Trade.
Pick one or more shifts you'd work instead. Tap Filter to narrow the list.
Tap Send Swap Requests.
Answer a trade
On Home, tap the Shift Swap Request card at the top.
Tap Accept or Reject.
Cancel your request
On Home, under My Requests, tap Shift swaps.
Tap the request, then Remove Swap.
Admins: approve trades on Home under Scheduling Tasks > Shift Swap Requests. In the web app's community settings, Employee shift swaps turns trades on, and Require approval for shift swaps decides if you approve them.
Common questions
I don't see Request a Trade.
Your community hasn't turned on shift trades. Ask your scheduler.
Am I off the shift once I send it?
No. You're still responsible until the trade is approved.
