In the phone app
Tap the person icon at the top right.
Tap Notifications.
For each alert, turn SMS, Email, or Push on or off.
For reminders, pick a time under Notification Timing.
On the web
Click your name at the bottom of the left menu, then View profile.
Admins: pick the Admin notifications or Staff notifications tab.
For each alert, turn SMS, Email, Push, or Desktop on or off. Changes save right away.
Turned on Desktop? Click Allow when your browser asks.
Test it on your phone
Tap Test Notifications, then Run Test.
You should get 2 notifications from Veras.
Nothing came? Open your phone's Settings, find Veras, and allow notifications.
Admins and schedulers: you'll also see an Admin tab with alerts for your community. Staff only see the user alerts.
Common questions
I turned everything off. Why do I still get messages?
Veras still sends required messages about your login or account security.
Will I get an alert when the schedule is posted?
No. Posting a schedule doesn't send an alert. Open the app to check your shifts.
The app icon shows a number, but nothing is new.
Tap the person icon, then Reset notification badge.
