Upload your license or certification so your community has it on file.
Add a credential
Tap the person icon at the top right.
Tap Credentials, then Add Credential.
Pick the Credential and the Expiration date.
Fill in Jurisdiction, Issuing Body, and License Number if you have them.
Under Attachment, add a photo or file of your card.
Tap Add Credential.
Update a credential
Swipe left on the credential and tap Edit.
Make your changes and tap Update Credential.
Good to know: Make sure the photo shows your name, credential type, and expiration date.
Common questions
It says Credential is required.
Pick a credential and an expiration date before you save.
Where do I see what's missing?
Required ones you haven't added show Missing. You'll also see Credential issues on Home under Action Required.
