Product Update: New Dashboard 🥳 🙌

We have redesigned our dashboard to make more of an actual dashboard! Come see what all the new changes look like!

Updated over 2 months ago

We are thrilled to introduce a functional dashboard! This feature has been in the works for some time, and we are excited to provide you with a page designed to be more actionable and help you stay organized. With this new dashboard, you'll be better equipped to manage your tasks efficiently and get things done with ease.

Old View vs New View

Old View

New View

Changes

List View

One of the first major updates you’ll notice is that the List View of the schedule has been relocated. We understand how important this feature is, so it hasn’t been removed entirely. Instead, it now resides on the schedule page. You can quickly access this view by clicking the View Today button, which is conveniently located in the Scheduling - Quick Actions box.

Scheduling Tasks

The other big change is the task bar on the right hand side is not removed. These have been conveniently organized under the Scheduling Tasks box.

Daily Break Down

In the top-right corner, you'll find a quick summary of today's key numbers, including Census, projected PPD, shift totals, and the number of workers broken down by position. At the top of this section, you can navigate between days using the arrow buttons or jump to a specific date by selecting the calendar icon.

Reminders

Schedulers and Admins have incredibly busy roles, with constant interruptions pulling them away from tasks. To help manage this, we’ve added a reminders feature to the dashboard. This eliminates the need for sticky notes or paper reminders by keeping everything in one consolidated place. You can add tasks or important items, assign them a due date, and set their priority. Additionally, at the top-right corner of this section, you can view all your past completed reminders for easy reference

Outstanding Tasks

At the bottom of the page is for other outstanding jobs that need to be done and organized by types such as missed meals, staff with upcoming expiring credentials, and staff without the app.
