Use this for people whose hours shouldn't count toward PPD, like some managers.
Exclude a staff member
Go to Team and find the person.
In the Default PPD column, click PPD.
A line now goes through PPD. Their shifts from today on stop counting.
Count them again
Click the crossed-out PPD again.
Good to know: Past shifts don't change. Only today and later.
Common questions
Can I exclude just one shift?

My column says PRD, not PPD.
It works the same. The label matches the metric your community uses.
The button is greyed out.
You need permission to edit staff profiles. Ask an admin.
