Turn on mobile clock-in
Go to Settings, then Time Tracking.
Under Clock in methods, turn on Mobile App.
Click Configure next to it.
Choose who can use it
Under Mobile clock-in access, pick All employees or Selected employees.
For selected, click Manage Employees, check names, then click Save.
Turn on Automatically include new employees to add new hires.
Add a geofence
Under Geofences, click Add Geofence.
Enter a Geofence Name.
Under Employees required to be on-site, pick All Employees or Selected Employees.
Type the Address and pick it from the list.
Click the map once, draw around the building, then click again to finish.
Click Add Geofence.
Good to know: Draw the shape a little larger than the building. GPS is less accurate indoors. Without a geofence, staff can clock in from anywhere.
Common questions
Can I pause a geofence?
Yes. Use the switch next to it in the Geofences list.
How do I change or remove one?
Click Edit next to it. Click Delete geofence to remove it.
I don't see Time Tracking in Settings.
