What it does
Auto-share fills open shifts for you. You set your priority groups once, like PRNs, No OT, or Same day. When a shift opens up, Veras offers it to your first group. If no one picks it up, it moves to the next group, and so on until the shift is filled.
What you can set
Groups and their order: rank who gets offered shifts first, or switch a group off.
Batch size and wait time: how many people get the offer at once, and how long Veras waits before moving to the next group.
Send hours: only send offers during certain hours, like 9 am to 5 pm.
Automatically share: how many days ahead Veras starts sharing open shifts.
Hide open shifts during auto-share: keep shifts off the Open Shifts list while auto-share is running. When it ends, anyone can request them.
