Set PRN shift requirements

Set how many shifts PRN staff must pick up, and send them reminders.

Set the requirement

  1. Click Settings in the left menu. Make sure the top says Facility Settings.

  2. Under Scheduling, click Policies.

  3. Click PRN Policies.

  4. Turn on PRN Shift Requirements.

  5. Under Requirement period, set how often it repeats, like every 4 weeks.

  6. Enter the Minimum Shifts for each period.

  7. To require weekends, turn on Weekend Shift Requirement and enter Minimum Weekend Shifts.

  8. Click Save Changes at the bottom.

Send reminders

  1. Turn on Send reminders.

  2. Set Repeat every and the Reminder day.

  3. Edit the Custom message if you like.

  4. Click Save Changes.
