In this article, we'll walk you through how to invite employees to download and start using the Veras app on their phones. Here's how you can get started! π
Step by Step Instructions
1. Navigate to the Team page.
2. Filter by position if you'd like to invite specific roles. If you have no preference, you can leave the filter empty to include all staff members.
3. Select the checkbox to the left of each staff member's name that you want to invite. To invite all staff, select the checkbox at the top left
4. After selecting the Invite to Veras button, you will then have this view display on your screen to confirm that you want to send the invite.
Note: If a team member has already downloaded the Jobwise app and logged in, they will not receive the invite message.
