Download and log in
Get the app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Search Veras.
Open the app and type your phone number or email in Username.
Tap Sign in. You'll see Check your messages or Check your email.
Type the 6-digit code from your text or email into One-Time Code.
If asked Enable Face ID?, tap Enable to skip the code next time, or Not now.
If you see Select your account, tap one, then tap Continue.
Log in with Microsoft
On the login screen, tap Sign in with Microsoft.
Sign in on the Microsoft screen. You'll come back to the app logged in.
Good to know: Use the phone or email your workplace has on file. The code comes by text and email and works for 10 minutes.
Common questions
What's my username?
Your phone number or email. Type either one in the Username box.
My code didn't come, or the app won't let me in.
How do I turn Face ID on or off later?
Tap the person icon at the top right, then Security, and use Enable Face ID.
