How to Access the Master Schedule

  1. Navigate to the Schedule page.

  2. In the top-right corner, select Master Schedule from the options menu.

Using the Master Schedule

Once you open the Master Schedule, you can customize your view to suit your needs:

  • View by Week or Month: Use the week and month icons at the top of the page, next to the date picker, to toggle between weekly and monthly views.

  • Filter and Customize Your View:

    • Choose a specific department (based on your role).

    • Hide inactive staff members or those without set schedules.

    • Filter by specific positions.

    • Group shifts by Position, Time of Day, or Area.

Adjusting & Archiving Staff

Easily adjust a staff member’s schedule or archive employees who are no longer with the facility—right from the Master Schedule! When you archive a staff member, their shifts will automatically move to Open Shifts for easy reassignment.

How to Adjust a Staff Member’s Schedule

  1. Click on the staff member you want to edit.

  2. A modal will appear, allowing you to:

    • Adjust their scheduled days

    • Set their assigned areas

    • Add notes or assignments

How to Archive a Staff Member

If an employee is no longer working at the facility, you can archive them by selecting "Archive" in the same modal. This will remove them from active scheduling while keeping their shifts available for pick up

When archiving a staff member and selecting "Move shifts to Open Schedules," their scheduled shifts will remain but will be marked as available on the Master Schedule. This helps you:

  • Identify hiring needs by highlighting unfilled shifts.

  • Ensure shifts are not lost, keeping your facility appropriately staffed.

  • Maintain continuity until a new hire is available to take over the shifts.

This feature allows you to manage staffing transitions smoothly while keeping schedules organized and up to date.
