When creating a new schedule for a staff member, you can choose the exact date it should go into effect. Here's how:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Go to the Team page.
Find the staff member you want to schedule and click the + Add button under the Schedule column.
In the scheduling modal that appears, enter their fixed days or rotation.
Below the schedule type, you’ll see a field labeled Effective At. Select the date when this schedule should begin.
Make sure the Apply Going Forward Toggle is turned on. Then click Update Schedule in the bottom-left corner to save. The new schedule will automatically go into effect starting on the date you selected.
