When creating a new schedule for a staff member, you can choose the exact date it should go into effect. Here's how:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Go to the Team page.

  2. Find the staff member you want to schedule and click the + Add button under the Schedule column.

  3. In the scheduling modal that appears, enter their fixed days or rotation.

  4. Below the schedule, you’ll see a field labeled "Effective At Date." Select the date when this schedule should begin.

  5. Click Update Schedule in the bottom-left corner to save. The new schedule will automatically go into effect starting on the date you selected.
