Go Live Checklist

Use this quick checklist to make sure your community is ready to go live with Veras.

  1. Communicate change:

    Let your staff know that your scheduling process is changing. Share when Veras will go live and what to expect. Clear communication helps ensure a smooth transition.

  2. Download Flyer:
    Download the Veras Login Flyer and print copies to place around your community. Each flyer includes a QR code and simple instructions to help your staff log in for the first time

  3. Invite Staff:
    From your Veras Admin Portal:
    Go to Team β†’ Select All β†’ Invite to Veras.
    This will send your staff a text message with their username and a link to log in

  4. Publish Schedules:
    Once your team has been invited and is aware of the change, publish your schedules.
    This makes all assigned shifts visible to staff so they can start using Veras right away.
