Admins see one department at a time in the phone app. Set it on Home and on Schedule.
On Home
Tap Home.
Tap the Department dropdown and pick yours.
On Schedule
Tap Schedule, then the gear icon at the top right. You'll see Schedule filters.
Under Department, pick yours.
Good to know: The two filters are separate. Your picks stay when you close the app, but reset when you sign out.
Common questions
Schedule says "No shifts were found with the current filters."
Tap the gear on Schedule and set Department to yours.
Is this the same on the web?
