Undo a posted schedule (move shifts back to draft)

Hide shifts you posted by mistake, for one shift, one person, or many at once, and roll back changes made by Create schedule.

Drafting hides shifts from staff. Nothing is deleted.

One shift

  1. On Schedule, click the shift.

  2. Next to Shift details, click the Draft icon.

  3. The shift now shows grey stripes.

One person's shifts

  1. Click the three dots next to their name.

  2. Click Post/Draft shifts.

  3. Pick the Date range.

  4. Under Status, choose Draft Shifts, then click Update shifts.

Many shifts at once

  1. Click the three-dot menu at the top of Schedule, then Multi select.

  2. Click each shift, or click Filter, set your filters, and click Select.

  3. Click Edit, open Post, and choose Draft.

  4. Click Save, then Done.

Undo changes from Create schedule

  1. Click the three-dot menu at the top of Schedule, then Restore shifts.

  2. Under Previous versions, pick the version you want.

  3. Click Restore. The next changed shift opens; repeat or click Cancel.

Good to know: Restore shifts fixes one shift at a time, for the dates showing on your schedule. It can't remove new shifts.
