Clocking In on a Mobile Device
Follow the steps below to clock in and out using the Veras mobile app.
Clocking In for a Scheduled Shift
Open the Veras mobile app and navigate to your Dashboard.
Any shifts you’re scheduled for that day will appear.
Tap Clock in to start your shift.
Taking a Break
Tap Take a break to start your break
Tap End break when you’re ready to return to work
Clocking Out
When your shift is complete, tap Clock out.
Clocking In Without a Scheduled Shift
If you need to work but don’t have a shift assigned:
Tap Working an unscheduled shift?
Select Clock in anyway
Multiple Jobs
If you have multiple job positions:
You’ll be prompted to select which job you’re clocking in for
To switch roles during your shift, tap Change Job Position
You’re all set! Your time will automatically be tracked once you clock in.
