There may be instances after posting when you need to move to draft shifts and revert them back to drafts. Veras makes this process simple and hassle-free. Here's how you can do it:
How to Move to Draft Whole Schedule Using Multi-Select
If you need to move to draft multiple shifts at once, the Multi-Select tool is the most efficient way to do it. Here's how:
Go to the Schedule Page
Navigate to the Schedule section from the main menu.Open the Multi-Select Tool
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen and select Multi-Select from the dropdown menu.Filter Your Shifts
Use the filter button at the top of the page to narrow down your selection. You can filter by:Select the Shifts
Once your filters are applied, click Select at the bottom of the page to highlight the filtered shifts.Edit the Selected Shifts
Click the Edit button at the top-right corner of the page.Move to Draft the Shifts
In the edit options, go to the Post section and choose Drafts.Save Your Changes
Click Save to apply the changes. All selected shifts will now be draft and saved as drafts.
By Individual Employee
1. Go to Schedule on the left side of the screen.
2. Locate the employee whose shifts you want to move to draft and click the three dots to the right of their name. This will bring up a pop-up menu where you can select Post/Move to Draft shifts
3. Next, select the Date range for the shifts you wish to move to draft
4. Finally, select Set all as drafts, and you're all set!
The selected shifts will now be Draft
Individual Shifts
1. Go to Schedule on the left side of the screen.
2. Select the Shift you would like to move to draft
3. Select the Draft icon to move to draft the shift
This will change the status from Posted back to Draft
5. This change will then be reflected directly on the schedule
