How to Unpublish Whole Schedule Using Multi-Select

If you need to unpublish multiple shifts at once, the Multi-Select tool is the most efficient way to do it. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Schedule Page
Navigate to the Schedule section from the main menu.

  2. Open the Multi-Select Tool
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen and select Multi-Select from the dropdown menu.

  3. Filter Your Shifts
Use the filter button at the top of the page to narrow down your selection. You can filter by:

    • Date Range

    • Worker

    • Published Status – Select All or Published to include currently published shifts.

  4. Select the Shifts
Once your filters are applied, click Select at the bottom of the page to highlight the filtered shifts.

  5. Edit the Selected Shifts
Click the Edit button at the top-right corner of the page.

  6. Unpublish the Shifts
In the edit options, go to the Publish section and choose Drafts.

  7. Save Your Changes
Click Save to apply the changes. All selected shifts will now be unpublished and saved as drafts.
