Individual Shifts
1. Go to Schedule on the left side of the screen. Click on the Staff view
2. Locate the shift you want to unassign. Click on the shift to open the Shift Details
4. Select the Unassigned option
5. The shift will then be unassigned and moved to the Open Shifts section
By Employee
1. Go to Schedule on the left side of the screen. Click on the Staff view
2. Locate the employee whose shifts you want to unassign and click the three dots to the right of their name. This will bring up a pop-up menu where you can simply select Unassign shifts
3. Next, select the Date range for the shifts you wish to unassign, specify whether you want to Only unassign draft shifts, then decide whether to Delete the shifts entirely or unassign them
Note: Unassigning a shift will automatically move it to the Open Shift section, helping you stay within budget. To completely delete the shifts from the schedule, click on Delete shifts option
4. Finally, select Unassign shifts, and you're all set! The selected shifts will now be removed from the employee's schedule
