Step by Step Instructions

1. Go to Schedule on the left side of the screen. Click on the Staff view

2. Click the Options tab in the top right and select Print schedule

3. This will bring up the print modal where you can customize your print settings. You can choose to print by Month, Week, or Day, and select the desired Date Range

4. Additionally, you can customize the view by selecting specific Positions, Time of day, and Area segments to display. You can also organize it how you would like by using the Group By. To print schedules for specific shifts (e.g., AM, PM, NOC), use the shift selection options and verify that the displayed schedule matches your selected shift before proceeding.

5. Once you’ve configured all your options, click Print in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Troubleshooting Print Issues

If you experience issues when trying to print or edit fields on the print screen, try the following steps:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the print options pane and locate the Reset Print Options button.

  2. Click the button to refresh the page. This will often resolve display or functionality issues.

  3. After resetting, review the screen to ensure all data and print settings appear correctly.

If issues persist after resetting, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
