Give someone admin or scheduler access

Let someone manage your community in the web app, limit what they can see, or take access away.

Give access

  1. Click Settings in the left menu. Make sure the top says Facility Settings.

  2. Click Permissions, then Give access.

  3. Under Who?, search for the person and pick them. Click Continue.

  4. Under What can they do?, pick a role.

  5. Under Limit their access, keep Everyone at the facility, or pick departments or job positions.

  6. Click Give access. You'll see Access granted.

Remove access

  1. On the Managers tab, click the person. Their Access page opens.

  2. Under Facility Level access, click the three-dot menu on their role.

  3. Click Remove access, then Remove access again.

Don't see a setting?

Only someone with access to permissions can change yours. Ask your admin, or email [email protected], or chat with us: in the web app click Support; in the phone app tap Contact Us.

Good to know: Give access is greyed out until a Super Admin creates a facility role. You can only give roles that don't do more than yours.

Common questions

How do I change someone's role?

Open their Access page, click the three-dot menu on the role, then Change role.

Does removing access take them off the schedule?

No. It only removes their admin access at that facility.

Who can give access?

Super Admins, and anyone whose role includes Manage roles and permissions. The default Admin role has it. To build roles, see Create or edit a role.
