Adding Areas to the Facility

This article explains how to define physical areas within your building, such as units, floors, and other sections. This feature is useful for assigning varying numbers of workers to different areas, ensuring that each part of the facility is adequately staffed. You will learn how to add specific areas to your facility and incorporate them into the schedule.


Step by Step Instructions

1. Go to Facility Settings on the left side of the screen

2. Click on Areas

3. Click the + Area button

4. Enter the Area Name, assign Associated Departments that work in this area, then choose a Color for its appearance on the schedule

5. Click Save at the bottom right. Your new area is now ready for scheduling!
