Post the schedule

Make draft shifts visible to staff in the app.

New shifts start as drafts. Staff can't see drafts until you post them. Drafts have grey stripes on the schedule.

Post shifts

  1. On Schedule, go to the dates you want to post.

  2. To post only some positions, pick them in the position filter first.

  3. Click Post at the top right.

  4. Both Shifts assigned to staff and Open shifts are ticked. Untick one to post only the other.

  5. Click Post. You'll see how many shifts were posted.

Good to know: Posting does not send staff a notification. They see their shifts the next time they open the app.

Common questions

Why is Post greyed out?

There are no draft shifts in the dates and positions you're viewing.

Why do some shifts still show as drafts?

Only shifts in your current view get posted. Clear your filters and post again.

Can shifts post on their own?

Yes. An admin can turn on Auto post shifts in your community settings, under Advanced Settings. New shifts then skip the draft step.
